Based on National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) templates, I designed the handbook to be an extension of the NMSS brand and a representation of organization’s values. Prior to this, the handbook was an unbranded Word document that didn’t fully represent the organization’s character to new employees. I worked closely with HR and the Creative Manager to create a final product that engages new employees and gives a visual identity to the NMSS’s culture, mission and vision. I used some photos, shapes and graphics from the existing assets of the NMSS. The photos that were not included in those existing assets, I sourced from Adobe Stock. The colors, fonts, shapes and graphics were within the brand guidelines of the NMSS.
